RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We gladly accept returns and exchanges. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Because of the nature of the following items, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrived damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
- Sale items
Conditions of return: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Processing time: Orders are fulfilled for shipping on the next business day unless otherwise specified in the item listing. Please see individual items for more details.
Customs and import taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
Shipments returned to us: In most cases, orders are sent back because customers provide an address that’s incorrect, incomplete, or illegible. To minimize problems with addresses, please be careful and double-check that you’ve entered the correct address and use the USPS ZIP code lookup.
Wrong Address: Please note it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the correct shipping address is provided. We will not replace items sent to incorrect addresses. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will need to pay additional shipping for it to be re-sent to the correct address. To minimize problems with addresses, please be careful and double-check that you’ve entered the correct address and use the USPS ZIP code lookup.
Unclaimed Items: Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to us. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment (if and as applicable).
Damaged & mislabeled items: If we sent you a damaged item or it was damaged during shipment, we take full responsibility and provide a free replacement. Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Packages lost in transit: If your order has not yet arrived after the estimated delivery date, please get in touch with us no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

International postage and tracking
All international orders are sent untracked. Due to the high costs of shipping internationally with tracking, this is not something that I add as standard. All overseas parcels are shipped with care using standard international post. If you would like to add tracking please contact me BEFORE placing an order. Please note this service will add an additional shipping charge.
Can my order be picked up or delivered?
We offer pick-up and delivery services in the greater White Plains area. Please contact us before making your purchase to confirm that your location is within our delivery and pick-up zone.
