A Duck Amuck featured in Uppercase Magazine's 5th Surface Pattern Design Guide

My work just got featured in the 5th Surface Pattern Design Guide by UPPERCASE magazine! UPPERCASE is a quarterly magazine for the creative and curious inspired by craft, design, typography and illustration.

I was one of 100 designers out of 994 submissions selected for the guide. The three patterns included in the guide are Lizard Party, Living Dream (undersea), and Lilypads.

Three of my repeat patterns were included as part of the 5th Surface Pattern Design Guide by Uppercase magazine.

As a pattern designer, I've always loved creating designs that are bright, quirky, and evoke fun and happiness. I would love to see these patterns on everything from fabric, to wallpaper, to phone cases.

It’s an honor to be included with such talented, skilled, and awesome folks like Victoria Beerman, Danelys Sidron, Dawn Walker, Debby Lightman Casher (Mindfulnice), and Xhico Garcia.

Thanks to Janine Vangool, publisher, editor, and designer of UPPERCASE, for including me in the guide. You can get 10% off a subscription with code “SPDG5save10” (expires April 30).

Lizard Party is currently available in my online shop as prints in two sizes (8.5" x 11" and 5" x 7"). The Living Dream can be seen as a notebook cover in my artist collection with Denik.
