Overview
Exhibition Dates: April 1 – June 30, 2025
Location: Hidden Treasure Gallery at Palisades Center, 1000 Palisades Center Dr, West Nyack, NY 10994
White Plains artist Erwin Ong's digital artwork Peach Quilt is featured in Verses in Vision, a group exhibition hosted by the Arts Council of Rockland. The show features 30 local artists responding visually to the poem The Destiny of Peaches by Juan Pablo Mobili, Rockland County’s new Poet Laureate.

About the Show
Verses in Vision celebrates the beautiful overlap between poetry and visual art. Each piece in the show responds to Juan Pablo Mobili’s poem The Destiny of Peaches, bringing imagery, emotion, and personal reflection into the gallery space. Curated with care, this exhibition invites viewers to experience language as shape, color, and story—and to witness the many ways artists translate feeling into form.
Featured Artwork
Peach Quilt
Peach Quilt was inspired by the warmth and memory woven through Mobili’s poem. I imagined a quilt—each square representing a different way peaches connect to people: through their beauty, their sweetness, their flowers, the animals that visit their trees, and the quiet joy of growing something with care. Together, those moments form something larger. That’s what the poem reminded me of—and what I hoped to echo through this piece.
